Defending champions Germany were knocked out of the 2018 FIFA World Cup at the group stage on Jun. 27, following defeat by South Korea, in one of the biggest shocks in the competition's history.
Ms Jin Eun-song, a big soccer fan, also an import and export specialist at a foreign trade company in South Korea, freed the passion and excitement of the tournament in her cartoons early this morning.
“Being proud of the players who are fighting for honor, I decided to draw a picture for them. Although the match was over, it seems that they are still running on the pitch when I look at these cartoons," Eun-song told JiangsuNow.
In the conversation with JiangsuNow, Eun-song said she hopes China and South Korea can stay upbeat and kick-start in the 2022 FIFA World Cup. “I hope more Jiangsu players can show up in the competition. So definitely I will pick up my brushes, draw my expectations and their wonderful performance."
